THERE ARE MANY THINGS THAT SET OUR TANKS APART FROM OTHER "CUSTOM" TANKS...
     

     
  • All of our tanks are constructed from heavy 16 gauge, #4 finish 304 stainless steel which is appealing to your customer's eye.

    •      
  • Constructed using an advanced heliarc welding process which makes the welds stronger than the base material. This helps minimize crack-causing stress in the tanks.

    •      
  • Along with this, the compartments that make up our 2 Compartment, 3 Compartment, Tri-Foam, and Low Pressure Units are actually individual tanks tacked together.

    •      
  • THIS IS VITAL IN ELIMINATING LEAK PRONE DIVIDERS, and the hassle of trying to have them repaired.

    •      
  • All of our tanks also feature recessed, lift out lids which allow the tanks to be in contact with each other for heat transfer and eliminates water running down the outside of the tanks for less mess.

    •      
  • The plumbing of all our tanks was designed with the builder and serviceman in mind.

    •      
  • Our 2 Compartment, 3 Compartment, Tri-Foam, and Low Pressure Units are built to require ONLY ONE 1/2" NPT water supply connection.

    •      
  • A single manifold pipe supplies all the individual compartments.

    •      
  • The manifold is equipped with 2, 3 or 4 fittings, (depending on the unit), to accept Model 507 Hydrominders. (male garaden hose threads)

    •      
  • Our single compartment tanks are equipped with full pipe couplings,(half inside, half outside)of desired size and location for use of Hydrominders or float valves.

    •      
  • All of our tanks come standard with inlet, outlet, and overflow fittings.

    •      
  • The overflow in the 2 Compartment, 3 Compartment, Tri-Foam, and Low Pressure Units have stainless steel tubing cut to a pre-set height just below the Hydrominder supply holes.

    •      
  • All other tanks have a pipe coupling to accept plastic pipe which can be cut to your desired height based on water level preferences.

    •      
  • Additional fittings can be ordered to best suit your needs as well.
